1. Overview

MusicianBooking.com connects artists and venues by allowing them to create accounts, list their availability, and get matched for bookings. During our beta phase, our agents will negotiate a percentage-based booking fee with artists. Pricing may change when we exit beta.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Booking Process & Fees

Artists and venues are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their listings and availability.

During beta, our agents will negotiate a commission-based fee with artists per booking.

Upon exiting beta, pricing structures may change and will be communicated in advance.

Payments and transactions are handled via third-party processors, and you agree to their terms.

4. User Responsibilities

Artists and venues must honor confirmed bookings.

Fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content is prohibited.

If necessary, MusicianBooking.com may assist but does not guarantee dispute resolution. Any disputes should be resolved amicably between parties.

5. Platform Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time.

Users who violate our Terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

MusicianBooking.com is a marketplace and does not guarantee the quality of performances or events.

We are not liable for cancellations, payment disputes, or any damages resulting from platform use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 12 months, except where prohibited by New York law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
